1. What is the difference between billing address and shipping address?
The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card; the shipping address is the one you want us to ship the order to.

3. Why I received the 'Gateway Error' message?
"Gateway Error" means that the card used for the purchase was declined. Your card may have been declined due to an incorrect billing address entered at checkout, including the name on the card. If you see a pending charge in your account, it's important to note that it's not an actual charge.
4. Why is 'Do Not Honor' displayed after checkout/payment?
A "Do Not Honor" message from your bank means that your transaction was declined by the issuing bank. We recommend that you call the number on the back of your card and speak with your bank's customer representative. Please explain to them that you are trying to place an order online and ask them to allow the transaction. If they can't help you, you can try another payment method, such as PayPal, or simply use a different credit card.
