Sorry, we can not provide you a preview before ordering. Every portrait is custom made, and the portrait designer can only start designing unique portrait according to your needs after receiving your order and the photos you provide.

Yes, we will send you a preview and you can request any changes before printing. We'll email you when the preview is ready.

Once we receive your order and your photos, our artists will design a unique portrait of you within 48 hours. About 1-2 business days after you place your order, you can preview the portrait.

Yes, you can make changes to your preview, we respect customer's opinions, our team will try our best to make sure your portrait is perfect. When requesting changes please be as detailed as possible in the changes you wish to be made, this will help our team fully understand what changes we need to make and cut back on further delays.

If you received a preview and requested some changes, it usually takes 1-2 business days for an artist to make those changes and send a new preview. Of course, we always put your needs first in the design process. Note that times may increase depending on changes requested.
